add curation prompt to get started if no studies #849

If there are no curation studies, then the user should be prompted with some sort of "Click here to get started" which leads you to import studies.
We should change "import" in import studies to "Add new studies"
We should deprioritize the other import options and do something similar to what we did with the NEW PROJECT button - create a big button to go to neurosynth search as the default, but provide the other options as a dropdown
