per Max and my discussion of what constitutes an Open Source Feed, this could include 3 components:

scraping mechanism to extract content from other platforms (optional)
weighting system to map scores to objects in the graph
feed algorithm that aggregates scores and orders them according to some ranking

Also, Max, I know you want to take a break from OSF, so please do not feel pressured to touch this until you are in the right place to do so :)
