Allow newrelic.yml generator to handle code fences with languages #2959

The New Relic docs website prefers code fences (code wrapped within three backticks) to include languages to help render their content correctly on the website.

This update has been made to a few of our configuration options, such as automatic_custom_instrumentation_method_list.

Update the generator task to handle this style of code formatting.
