Users being logged in as the same user

Hello,
Ive tried it but so far when I log on with any user on my NC, they are using the same user on the rocketchat app (my rocketchat administrator account). In the backend Ive configured the token while using my credentials to login instead of putting the token from rocketchat into the field. Now the token from NC and rocketchat are different (personal id is the same).

What am I doing wrong?
