Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A clear and concise description of what the problem is. Ex. I'm always frustrated when [...]

It would be much more convenient for many typing workflows in this app to be able to use Enter/Return to create a new ingredient entry or recipe step. This seemed to be available before, but was removed to prefer the "Add" button. Unsure if this is due to a Nextcloud interface update, but after trying multiple different browsers and test cases, this seems to be universal to all of them.

Describe the solution you'd like
A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

Please restore this functionality - the "Add" button can still be there and used in the UI.

Describe alternatives you've considered
A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.

I am not aware of any reason why this should have been removed. I thought it should still work.

@seyfeb sorry for interrupting again, but can you check your current implementation here? Depending on the complexity of the fix, the progrss in the other PR and other PRs, we might want to fix that for 0.11.1 or not. What do you think?
