Remove nutrition information in recipes

I am using a Tablet to Cook the recipes. I do not add Infos in nutritions to my recipes, yet, they are shown (blank) when i check my recipes. Unfortunately, These nutrition facts take Up 1/3 of View space, thus making the step Part akwardly small.

Could you pleased fix this?

The overhaul of the UI in #2115 should fix this problem.
