Tooltip on stack title shows the text "stack.title" instead of the real stack title

Describe the bug
When hovering the stack title, a tooltip is shown containing the text "stack.title".

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Hover a stack title
2. Observe the tooltip

Expected behavior
The tooltip should contain the full title of the stack, especially when the title is too long to be displayed entirely on the column space.
