No notification/error when offline and trying to send a message #1075

go into conversation
enable airplane mode
send a message
--> no visual notification that message is sent (iOS and web shows a spinner)
--> no feedback that app failed to send message

#1259 should help a bit. But yeah the offline case should show another error instead of "timeout" in the future
