threat-intelligence-feeds includes the unmaintained The-Big-List-of-Hacked-Malware-Web-Sites.
This list blocks nibis.de, the "Education server of Lower Saxony" where almost every school in the german state of Lower Saxony has to host their school homepage.

How I noticed: my wife works at this school: https://wordpress.nibis.de/cfgs/ (redirect from cfgs.de)
