Currently we do not correctly support storage reflection callbacks for IDs.
They are correctly called in DbalMapper when inserting,

but not when updating,
and not in relationship mappers (1, 2, 3) when manually building queries.

Actually, we may also officially drop the support. But maybe some more general higher level abstraction in relationship mappers could fix this.
