Base class for mathematical description of higher dimensional generalization of conic section surfaces

Submitted together with NXcsg and [NXsolid_geometryhttps://manual.nexusformat.org/classes/contributed_definitions/NXsolid_geometry.html)

Acts as a leaf node in a solid geometry tree.

Update: this had not been used at Diamond so if there are no other users, I propose this is withdrawn and abandoned especially as there are more thoroughly geometry classes from FAIRmat.
