Description of the bug

Hey! I noticed the megatests are not passing. I bumped the memory for SAMTOOLS_SORT which helps, but it now fails at a subsequent step MISO RUN: https://cloud.seqera.io/orgs/nf-core/workspaces/AWSmegatests/watch/4X2hsSILSFWbba

I have attempted both with and with scratch = true for this step.

here is a PR were I started addressing the memory bump: #143

Hi Friederike,

Sorry for the slow reply, and thanks for flagging the test failure! Could you point me to where I can see the mega tests failing? The link you shared just brings me to an empty Seqera Cloud dashboard for my GitHub account. Thanks so much!

Thank you so much! I've raised an issue with the MISO developers since the error is a bit puzzling. Hopefully, with their help, we'll be able to get it sorted out soon.
