[BUG] RO-Crate export - Publication author names

The current ISA RO-Crate Profile requires Person objects to have a givenName via MUST (see nfdi4plants/isa-ro-crate-profile#15). The RO-Crate export only writes name though, when exporting the authors of a publication, as was pointed out by @JonasLukasczyk. This should be made coherent with the profile for now by writing givenName instead of name, whereas in the future this should be fixed in the ARC specification by allowing Person objects in publications.
@HLWeil, I also talked to @muehlhaus, he agrees with adapting the specification at some point in the future.
