Extra "#endif$_GENETIC" in BMBF template

Hi,

Describe the bug
The template "BMBF Deutsch" has an extra #endif$_GENETIC at the end of the block
Genetische Daten werden durch ....

To Reproduce
Happens with default values on https://dmpg.nfdi4plants.org/ and BMBF Template,
independent of setting of Genetische Daten , the text block is present,
so looks like a missing opening #endif$_GENETIC .

Switching to BMEL template things look fine

Expected behavior
No #endif in final DMP ;-)

Thanks a lot for reporting this bug.
I have fixed it. It was caused by an unclosed "ul" list element.
