special characters in the title

When you have special characters (.#+) in the elabFTW title it could be that the entries can't be converted into ARC, because special characters are not supported by ARCctr / ARCitect.

Find out what special characters are supported and replace others with a space.

Now I replace every special characters by using the regular expression: "/[^a-zA-Z0-9 ]/g"
