For example, when one sets the "Cookie" header, often time, is is not meant to be used via the SDK API but instead through the browser cookies.

Almost completed by #4 but we also need to remove the ignored parameters of the handler input typings.

I will only be doable by filtering the Open API schema upstream or by updating schema2dts to support parameters filtering. I prefer the first solution, that said, have to move forward so leaving it as is for now.
