This PR updates libraries to their latest versions, including axios from #18.
I've tested all examples locally.
Updating Leaflet (https://github.com/Leaflet/Leaflet/releases) to the latest version likely doesn't make the workarounds discussed in #3 unnecessary (ESM changes in 1.9 were just reverted), but it might still be good to use the latest version and stay in sync with the default online doc.
Let me know if you'd prefer the updating in separate PRs and thanks a lot for this library!
