Going to close, delete branch and recreate...the tests seem to be using an older version of the code. Very hard to troubleshoot a GHA! |

The changes are just small modifications to address issues found when using the review functionality for real. More changes may be needed as it is used more, but the changes in this PR are ready to go for now.
