- made sure you add a relevant config file in the root directory
- make sure your twitter application has the Business Direct Messages feature turned on and that you're accepting Direct Messages from anyone (Account Privacy Settings)
- make sure you have nodemon installed
- download the files
- npm i
- nodemon app.js
- try the app through Twitter
