Ship asset xml files (hardware and parameter) as part of the release package

To help customer on the first installation and execution of the custom device, it would be good to provide shipping examples and user guide as part of the install package

Describe the solution you'd like
After I install the release package (ni-ballard-arinc-429-veristand-xxxx-support_aa.b.c.dd_windows_x64.nipkg) I can find examples and documentation as part of the Custom Device files (e.g. in a documentation folder)

Describe alternatives you've considered
I can rely on github web interface to download or clone the source code. Both actions require familiarity with github and not all end users may have it

Additional context
Additionally, End systems are deployed in a location without Internet connection and custom device package is the only component they have. If they need documentation or examples, they need to get back to a PC with internet connection or ask for those files. Both actions slow down the setup process and lower the usability of the overall system
