If you change a parameter (such as scaling) and refresh, it seems to delete and re-add everything. This breaks all of the mappings.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Load the example
  2. Create an alias and map an ARINC channel to it.
  3. Change a param in the file and refresh
  4. Look at system mappings and confirm that they mapping is removed.

Expected behavior
Mappings to persist for channels that aren't removed.
