Initial Commit - Just a backup really. There are still a number of issues I'm tracking down with the save function.

28/10/13 This commit has the layer modifier biasNode: working. Also the floating point precision is now the highest available for floats.

04/11/13

• Changed -s %file to -s %path with full name_majorversion_minorversion_revision format for the file name.
• added -at for topology changes, -am for modifier changes
• got the versioning working

02/12/2013

• Updated all changed files with minor bug fixes and loads of comments
• Uploaded binary test data sets
• Uploaded Documentation into the repository and wiki pages

• Updated the matrix branch. Not done yet but I thought I'd make a backup.
