While using the Code Uploader I started getting "Connection Reset" problems with FireFox. I tracked this down to a change in HTML header content with FireFox that my header search did not accommodate. The problem did not occur with Chrome, but on closer examination I see that if could occur some time in the future. I've fixed it and will release soon.

I believe I now have the Code Uploader working more robustly. I'll go into what I fixed later so that I can continue work on #221.
