Silent error RX 6500 on Windows

I tried to run the following command:

waifu2x-ncnn-vulkan.exe -i input.jpg -o output.png -n 2 -s 2

And the program closes with the following output:

Have you tried the -v command? This is required to check the output situation.

Have you ever found a fix for this @hirios? I have this issue happen randomly without any details via -v (verbose output) switch (GPU is AMD Radeon Pro 5600M). I have tried testing compatibility with Waifu2x-Extension-GUI tool when waifu2x-ncnn-vulkan stopped working once again. The compatibility reported my system as incompatible with Vulkan components (however GPU-Z show it as compatible and Vulkan API games run fine, i.e. vkQuake). And that's it! It works after reboot of the computer (GPU driver restart doesn't help) and just stops working randomly. Some insight from @nihui would be very welcome! I feel like this may be a bug with nihui's Vulkan ports because it's the same with any of them.
