Hi,
I am currently running Teampass 3.1.0.11 on a Rocky Linux Server (local install). I did some successful upgrades in the past that brought me to the 3.1.0.11 version.
Yesterday, I attempted to upgrade directly to the latest version of Teampass but encountered a 500 Server Error, and the upgrade page failed to load.
I then tried downgrading to 3.1.1, but this resulted in an AJAX error (unexpected end of JSON input) on the Users screen (Administration panel). Additionally, attempting to upgrade again led to the 500 Server Error on the upgrade page.
Unfortunately, I didn’t have logging enabled at the time, so I couldn’t retrieve logs. In the end, I had to restore from a snapshot taken before the upgrade attempt.
Given my current version and the fact that a lot of changes involved, what is the recommended upgrade path to avoid these issues?
Should I upgrade incrementally or jump to a specific version?
