As title:
STR: Open Software > Click Scan in scan controls then stop > Run acquisition with the shown parameters but Sequence set to "5" instead. > Change Sequence to "2" > Remove "HAADF" ticked box > Run a new acquisition.

The progress bar is complicated. In this case, it only updates once per SI for some reason. But from a fresh launch, I had no problem letting this complete. It took about a minute. 8x8x255ms x 2 = 32s + overhead ~ 1 min.

I'm having a different behaviour.

Currently left it for 5+ minutes running and it hasn't complete with the following parameter:

Can you confirm you're using the latest nionswift-instrumentation-kit? nion-software/nionswift-instrumentation-kit@d44728a or later. The fix is only available when running from source code that has been fully updated.

Issue verified as failed.

Updated nionswift-instrumentation-kit.
Please note that the "HAADF" scan is unticked.
