Clean/update scripts for existing installs #64

Could be make/bash/python - use case is to update an existing install and verify that the scripts are sufficient (cleaning out any possible manual or untracked changes).

The two commands I feel the need for (though these could possibly be unpacked further) are:

  • clean remove downloaded and pre-processed data, cache, results
  • update install/upgrade models, download and pre-process data
