Click the number to the right of the 'Fork' button in the top right corner of the site to see the list of forks, then click 'Network' in the left-hand column to see which forks have been updated.

^ Seems https://github.com/lmartinking/nitroshare-desktop/tree/ci-build is the newest (the master branch is behind that one), but don't get your hopes high cuz there are no releases, and I couldn't find the Travis instance used to compile (could be just me though).
