Initial release of Dino Explorer Python Package - PyPi

Enables you to:

1. Create interactive visualizations of DINO embeddings of images.
2. Compare 2 different datasets based on DINO embeddings.
3. Can use UMAP, t-SNE and PCA dimension reduction techniques.
