‘Clear entire cache’ not checking HTTP response code

Hey,

Just flagging that errors appear in the plugin output console when a single URI fails to purge, but not when the entire cache fails to clear. The success message ‘Cache cleared’ still displays even if it hasn’t worked.

Noticed this when experiencing IP restriction issues.
