Add another div on nav stating "Vote"

After the hackathon is over then registered teams will be able to vote for that hackathon. Voting must end before 24hours.

Total score will be awarded to winner team, half of that will be awarded to 1st runner up and quarter of that score will be awarded to 2nd runner up.

(maybe add comments under hackathon-slug?)
