Provide command-line executable that implements mustache(1)

Would it be possible to provide an executable that works the same way as mustache(1)?

I'd really like a simple all-in-one executable that does not require ruby to be installed. This would be particularly helpful in environments where small footprints are desired (e.g. inside containers)

Bonus points for distribution-specific packages (debian, ubuntu, rhel, centos, etc), but as a starting point, I'd be happy with just the ability to compile/install it manually.
