Enigmeta, Inc. (“Enigmeta”) will provide, upon paid consideration for the extended service, the ability to reinitiate a download of any digital product file within an original order placed by end user (the “Service”) for a period of two years.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL DR BE LIABLE TO END USER FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. DR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY.
General
The end user is bound by Product End User License Agreement(s) related to the end user’s original purchase, including but not limited to: duplication, resell arrangement, additional seat license agreements. The end user may not replicate or duplicate this product for any other purpose than its original intent
If any provision of this Agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement. The laws of the State of Minnesota govern this Agreement.
End user agrees that upon request for refund of products contained within original order, the Extended Download Warranty will be refunded upon notice of complete order refund. Partial order refunds will not result in a warranty refund.
Export restrictions are subject to Product End User License Agreement.
Enigmeta reserves the right to transfer the obligations of the Service upon certain circumstances at its sole discretion.
