RSS link uses deprecated function, breaking on current Hugo version #163

The Site.RSSLink parameter in navigation.html is deprecated, and now generates a breaking error on up-to-date Hugo. This seems to be fixed by PR's #152 and #160 . Could one or other of these be merged, please?
