[Bug]: 阅读增强插件在前几下(or 十秒内)切换时无效

layoutSwitch.disableAnimation 在页面加载之后十秒左右之内是无效的, 依然会有动画transition效果. 刷新页面可以持续触发这个问题

• 其实动画也没什么不好, 但是在切换page layout的时候 (比如home到doc) nav那儿属实不太好看, 尤其搜索框.

Sorry for the delayed response and fixes, will fix this on #321

@nekomeowww Sorry, but seems the issue still exists with v2.6.1.
I've tried cleaning up caches and tried the production build, but it's still with the animation for the first few seconds upon page opening / refreshing.
If you can confirm this is still happening, please re-open this, or please let me know what I should do to make it work, thanks.
