version 2.3

First 2.3 release, also for debugging in-game version update.

July Release

This is gonna be the last release under minor version 2.2

We'll bump the version to 2.3 in the next public release. Hopefully implementing in-game extension update.

Release in which we introduced cards & characters

The Sanying package is almost feature complete now and will not be a major focus in following releases.
