Hi Siavash -

Hope you're well. I've been using RESPECT and CONSULT on some data we have and they are really great tools. I got some very nice help from Shahab on RESPECT and finally got it working.

With CONSULT, it seems that I can't write a newly constructed database to a directory other than the one with the CONSULT scripts. If I use the -o flag and put a different directory, I get an error ("Cannot open file!"). It would be convenient if we could write the databases to a different directory.
