I think the photos problem exsited in most of the S3 which included the cloud OSS and minIO. I input the photos by using the "/" instead of draging them into my note, some of the OSS work, but most of S3 may crash the images.
therefore, I suggest every one can try more S3, BTW, no need to try it on IBM cloud or B2. Wasted of time.
Someone I notised who try to make a comblining docker image of notea and minIO, I think it doesn't work for all. I suggest you deploy them individually.
And I hope Qingwei can optimized the photos storages strategys. Notea is a very good project with some bugs, don't give it up

If this is still an issue you are facing, I would like to try and fix it - assuming it is a software issue on Notea's end.
In that case, could you send the logs from Notea if possible (if you're running on Vercel, I'd request the function logs).
Also, using MinIO with Docker may cause issues with Notea as Notea, by default, does not proxy attachments (i.e. images). Setting the DIRECT_RESPONSE_ATTACHMENT environment variable to true may fix that issue (see #28).
