This would make it easier for new users to discover us and install k8s-cms:

need to create a helm repository to host the chart
- https://github.com/kmzfs/helm-repo-in-github
ensure that the chart meets Helm charts best practices
- remove helm chart dependency on env files
makes it easier to new users to find and deploy k8s-cms
