Tag 2023 brackets as 1.0.0
Solve definitive name problem (useful for bringing in new data sources)
Remove the first four
Michael's gonna write a scraper
command to score a bracket (i.e compare it to what actually happened).
- while we're at it, a command to compare two brackets and print the diff would be nice and probably easy enough to implement as part of the scoring command.
