libagw: additional GTK widgets

WIDGET LIST

• AgwGauge
  A GtkRange based clock widget. Frontend inspired by cairo-clock.
• AgwNumericLabel
  A GtkLabel with a numeric "value" property.

LICENSE

libagw is LGPL2.1+ licensed.

The SVG files for the gauge widget (src/assets/clock-*.svg) have been imported from cairo-clock and they are GPL2 licensed.
