bf:providerStatement should have parallel non-roman script when present in the MARC record.

264 _1 |a Taibei Shi : |b Guo jia tu shu guan : |b Da kuai wen hua, |c 2012.
880 _1 |a 臺北市 : |b 國家圖書館 : |b 大塊文化, |c 二零一二.

gives:

bf:providerStatement "Taibei Shi : Guo jia tu shu guan : Da kuai wen hua, 2012." ;
