1)  The authorized access point includes publication information, when it should not.

2)  The relationship expressed by field 775 may be to another FRBR Manifestation, rather than a Work or Expression.  In BIBFRAME, the resulting link should have type bf:Instance rather than bf:Work, as in this example.
