Adding env vars and secret for Okta client Id

Favicon Configuration:

• web/src/index.prod.html: Modified the favicon URLs to use template parameters for SVG and PNG icons.
• web/webpack.prod.js: Updated the Webpack production configuration to include template parameters for favicon URLs and adjusted the title.
