Dear team,
While running nucleR.R, the following error popped up,
loading data filtering duplicated reads Error in FUN(X[[i]], ...) : object of type 'S4' is not subsettable Calls: filterDuplReads ... asMethod -> RangedData -> DataFrame -> lapply -> lapply Execution halted
Is this related to this issue with S4vectors - https://support.bioconductor.org/p/9148646/ ?
