Reuse a resource

If I wanted to use a resource multiple times in different questions, I would upload it multiple times, which is inefficient. Instead, if I could select a resource OR have an option to upload a new one, that would be great!

This is a good suggestion, thanks.
The database is set up to support this, but there's nothing in the web interface for it yet. I don't fancy writing a media library manager myself, so I've been putting it off!
