Malaria Prevalence Prediction

Description

Malaria still possesses challenges to the health status and socioeconomic welfare of the
population in Tanzania. Its effect includes high morbidity and mortality rates. This project
aims to develop a model for predicting malaria prevalence in a certain region in Tanzania .

In the repo it consist of building and training the model on well documented jupiter notebooks and the model output is deployed and can be viewed live in https://mp.deploy.tz

Malaria intervention programs should have this prior
knowledge in those places with higher prevalence and therefore making better decisions on improving health status of
individuals.
