Can you disable burger menu / work around it?

Hi all, I just started using Hugo & Blowfish so I'm very sorry if this is a very obvious question. I've looked around in the docs and couldn't find it. Thanks in advance!

I've noticed that on vertical resolutions (on mobile in particular), top menu is automatically collapsed into a burger button. Is there any way to disable it? I want my webpage to be more accessible for non-technical users and I have a very strong feeling many will not see it / understand what is means. I know I can put markdown links on homepage, but it's not a very clean solution. My menu only has 3 entries so it should fit on absolute majority of devices.
