Hi Phaedra,

This is really nice package! I've been having fun playing with some TDP-43 data I had on hand:

Would it be possible to have a flag in the SCANVIS.visual() function to plot the PSI values for unannotated junctions instead of the uniq.reads? That would be really handy.

I'm happy to have a go myself and submit a pull request but as you're currently hosting the package as a tarball I can't make changes.

Thanks Jack (and thanks for the wrapper for reading in SJ details directly from STAR). Yes, that's a great idea, I'll include with the next commit. Glad you're finding the tool useful - happy plotting!
