Hi Phaedra,

reading in the junctions from STAR threw me for the first few minutes so I wrote this little wrapper function to make it easier:

SCANVIS.read.STAR <- function(sj_file){
as.matrix(
readr::read_tsv(
sj_file,
col_names = c("chr","start","end","strand", "intron.motif", "is.annotated", "uniq.reads", "multi.reads", "max.overhang" )
)
)
}

I hope that's useful!

Jack
